How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Largeris Floor Coating wants to treat every homeowner fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
Contact us about any of these:
- A call or message with Largeris Floor Coating that went badly
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Site content that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start with the provider. Put your concern in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Tell us too. Your report helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Largeris Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@largeris.beer. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What We Do Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may help too.
